Birmingham–Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM)
- The most convenient major airport for Talladega. It offers nonstop flights to many key U.S. hubs and frequent domestic connections. All major rental car companies operate on site, along with taxis, shuttles, and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft.
- Approx. 50 miles / 55 minutes west of the Superspeedway.
Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)
- One of the world’s busiest airports with an extensive network of domestic and international routes. A strong option for overseas visitors or travellers without direct flights to Birmingham. Car rentals, shuttles, and rideshares are widely available.
- Approx. 110 miles / around 2 hours east of the Superspeedway.
Montgomery Regional Airport (MGM)
- A smaller regional airport with limited daily services to major hubs such as Atlanta, Charlotte, and Dallas. Best suited for short-haul or connecting flights within the Southeast.
- Approx. 95 miles / 1 hour 30 minutes south of the Superspeedway.
Huntsville International Airport (HSV)
- A mid-sized airport offering regular flights to several major U.S. hubs. A practical choice for travellers coming from northern Alabama or southern Tennessee.
- Approx. 130 miles / about 2 hours north of the Superspeedway.
Private aviation
Fans flying privately or on corporate aircraft have several convenient alternatives:
- Talladega Municipal Airport (ASN): roughly 10 miles from the track and the closest option for private planes.
- Birmingham–Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM): offers full FBO services, including hangars, fueling, and ground transportation.
- Anniston Regional Airport (ANB): located about 20 miles away and suitable for smaller aircraft.
